My search for the definitive Duties of a Citizenship list continues. Not surprisingly, a search for what is a good citizen brings up the goodcitizen.org site. The group has listed as it's mission to teach young Americans how to be great citizens. It has a 100 Citizen Actions list that is directed to what I am looking for.
